Bond and Administration Fee

At the commencement of your rental, a bond of 2 weeks rental is payable in addition to your first month’s rent. The bond is held in Stocker Preston’s Trust Account and is fully refundable provided that there is no damage, abandoned goods, rubbish or unpaid rent when you vacate. A non-refundable administration fee of $60.50 is payable at the start of your rental.

Key Deposit

A key deposit of $22 is payable at commencement which is refundable on return of your swipe card. There will be a charge of $20 to supply a replacement card if your card is lost or damaged.
